I'm using my smartphone, my desktop pc, my macbook laptop to give help to my parents and they have two laptops. If I'm somehow doing this completely wrong, can someone please tell me what's the "right" way to do this kind of setup? I'm literally only helping my parents with IT stuff and it's just too hard to help with a "crystall ball" without seeing. Now when I open up the TeamViewer Full Client on one of my computers, the "All devices" section shows a red text: "4/3 devices" but doesn't explain anything? I tried looking at their website but found no mention of any hardlimits when it comes to how many computers you can install TV on and assign them to your email address for easy access. I also installed the TeamViewer Host application on two of my parents' laptops since they found the "Quick Support" thing cumbersome. Hello! I installed the TeamViewer Full Client on my Desktop PC, my Macbook Air laptop and on my smartphone.
